A Journey Into Yin

to truly unwind.
This 4 week online course has been designed to invite you into stillness, to have the space held for you to be able to wind down at the end of the day where you can just be, and to share with you the true magic of yin.
We are living in a very yang world, and even if your life is thriving and you are feeling absolutely content, sometimes even too much excitement can lead us into yang. In this course we will be delving into to the real why for yin yoga, speaking about fascia and our nervous systems, the link between our bodies and our minds (and all of the inbetween).
