These are super delicious, made in 5 minutes and will totally satisfy any rocky road craving you’ll ever have. Thank you to Neals Yard for bringing this belly loving soul food recipe into my life. If you want to nerd out about a few of the benefits of superfoods, the ones added into this compliment one another to bring about a beautiful sense of calming energy to the nervous system, literally after one bite you’re totally energised and satisfied. Full of vitamin C, magnesium and omega 3 to say the least, these are a great go to snack to keep in the fridge.
200g Dark Chocolate (make it as vegan as you like with your %)
2 heaped tablespoons goji berries
2 heaped tablespoons of mulberries
2 heaped tsp of chia seeds
2 heaped tablespoons of chopped almonds
1 tsp of maca powder
1 tsp ashwangandha powder
1 tsp baobab
Melt the chocolate in a pan and throw in all of your ingredients, mix and then spread over a piece of baking paper before popping into the fridge to set for an hour <3.
