Your blog is so refreshing my family and I have made the change to organic foods and for our health needs I am going to join Young Living main goal to get my daughter off of her meds. I look forward to updates on the Neal’s Garden I notice they are based in the UK? I am in the US not sure if it matters but may be interested in seeing what the company has to offer for our needs. Thanks so much and have a fab day, Allie.

Hello lovely :), that’s so amazing to hear, thank you so much! That’s incredible too about you and your family, I hope everything works out for you and your daughter. Neal’s Yard are based in the UK and are an amazing ambassador for organic beauty / ethical products – if you have a look on the website https://uk.nyrorganic.com/shop/eborganicbeauty you can see what they are all about and what they can offer for you and your family, I adore their products hence why I became a consultant, but you can see for yourself :). Let me know how you get on, have a beautiful day, Emma x

Emma I have to say I really love your blog and Instagram page! It’s refreshing to hear that I’m not the only one suffering with Eczema, depression, stress and panic attacks (luckily not severely with the latter). We all know what we should and shouldn’t do and to treat your body as it should be treated but it can sometimes be daunting to make changes and albeit the right ones. I will definitely be investing in the ‘going raw’ book you have recommended and I’m loving the Raw Gaia products (may just have to treat myself to some of these too – priorities and all!) Fab ideas, thank you!! I’d be interested to get your thoughts on whether you should include nuts/seeds in your diet and whether you should cut out fruit due to the sugar content? Help… I’ve heard that Yoga is good for the soul, have you attended Yoga classes or self-taught? I’d love to start but can’t afford to go to any classes in my area, are you aware of any good Yoga DVD’s? Any recommendations you could give me would be great. Look forward to reading your future blogs and thank you for all your inspiration! x

Hey Rachel! Thank you so much for your kind words that’s lovely! And I know what you mean about it all being a bit daunting, but you know what, as long as you’re happy that’s all that matters. Regards to diets and things I am not trained in any way shape or form to advise, I blog about what I eat and what it does for me with the intention to inspire others and not necessarily encourage people to exactly copy; the way I choose to eat it just a way that makes me happy and feel great :). I’ve been lucky enough to have been brought up by a mum in-the-know too which helps massively, before embarking on any real health changes I’d for sure consult someone, I’m not sure where your based but my mum is based in Peterborough (Karen Devine, http://www.karendevine.co.uk), and can help you to delve into any issues and make any genuine dietry requirements you might need and guide you on the road to recovery – eczema and the like is NOT fun, I know! All I do is read about as much as I can about the things that interest me and see how I can incorporate it all into my life in a way that suits me and my body. In regards to yoga! I LOVE YOGA. Yoga is amazing :). And I would strongly advise a class to get you started, you can get into the zone of it all and have a real feel for it. I’m lucky enough to be right next to two yoga centres called Equilibrium, one in Peterborough and one in Huntingdon, and that’s where I got started! I’m a bit of an addict now though and try to go most nights but even if you were to only do a few classes per week you’d feel the benefits. If a class isn’t for you though you can sign up to Yoglo (www.yogaglo.com), I think you have to pay per month but not very much and you can do it all from tyne comfort of your own home :). I hope some of this helps! <3 Emma x

Hi Emma, I love you blog and Instagram… I saw that you were looking for a yoga TTC course, where are you based? I did mine in India and it was amazing. Do you have an email? Lil x

Hey Lil, thank you so much for your comment. I’m based in Cambridgeshire and have been looking for a TTC for quite a while now! Who did you do yours with? There’s a few I’m interested in at the moment, the main one is with the freestyle yoga project starting March 2015. It’s so difficult to know which way to go there are so many different avenues! All exciting stuff though! Xxx
