Working 1:1 is my most treasured way of sharing with you.
I work with clients for one off sessions, there are options to have tailored plans in either 4 week or 8 week blocks, and this can be in the form of yoga (in person), or online mentoring.
When working with individuals I always start with a consultation to establish your current overall wellbeing and your why for wanting to start our work together. Our sessions will then be themed around whatever I feel is best for you at the time in terms of the time of year / stress management / nervous system / your current visions and desires, and then aim to support and hold space for you in the best way possible.
