Offering private 1-2-1 sessions in person are some of my most treasured ways to share this magic.
I work with clients for one off sessions, there are options to have tailored plans in either 4 week or 8 week blocks, private group sessions for events and parties - (basically without the pun, I'm pretty flexible).
When working with individuals I always start with a consultation to establish your current overall wellbeing and your why for wanting to learn more about yoga. Our sessions will then be themed around whatever I feel is best for you at the time in terms of the time of year / stress management / nervous system / your current desires with a yoga practise, and aim to support and hold space for you in the best way possible.
