I work with clients for one off sessions and also through specially designed programmes, with options to have tailored plans in either 6 week or 12 week blocks.
When working with individuals I always start with a free consultation to establish your current overall wellbeing and your why for wanting to start our work together. Our sessions will then be themed around whatever I feel is best for you at the time in terms of the time of year / stress management / nervous system / your current visions and desires, and then aim to support and hold space for you in the best way possible.
